I never thought I could earn from writing. But when I recently logged in, I saw that I had made my first dollar!
So how did that happen?
My Medium Journey
Two months ago, I joined Medium because I saw the versatile way of writing from everyone. At first, I was only repurposing my YouTube scripts onto Medium using the free account.
In late April, I decided to take the leap and joined the Medium Partner Program. I started to write original content and share my thoughts and ideas.
Medium also offers me a place where I can connect with other writers, and receive feedback on my writing.
In short, I did not have any real expectations of making money.
My First Dollar
It was on 18th May, when I checked my earnings, I couldn’t believe what I saw. I had earned my first dollar from my writing! 💰🤑
