I am a morning person.

Usually, I will be up by 5 AM and at 6 AM I already start my day.

This year, I am trying something new and I’ve restructured my work into focused blocks to better align with my responsibilities and energy levels.

First 4-Hour Block

I still start my day at 6 AM — that’s non-negotiable!

First thing — a gratitude journal. I make sure there’s no overthinking here, just honest thoughts. This takes me about 5 minutes tops.

Then, I’ll map out my to-do list to focus on during this 4-hour block. It also depends on how big the tasks are.

It’s amazing how this simple ritual sets the tone for the whole day!

Second 4-Hour Block

At 10 AM, I switch gears completely.

This block is all about loved ones and self-care.

I help my grandmother with her daily routine, manage household responsibilities, and squeeze in some much-needed me-time.
