A solid mentor can be the game-changer you need to take your YouTube channel from zero to hero.

But how do you find the right mentor?

Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

First, figure out what you need help with.

Is it content creation, connecting with your audience, or making money? Knowing exactly what you need narrows down your choices.

Recently, I had the privilege to mentor, Lisa Partridge, who needed help kickstart her YouTube channel.

She has been getting “eyeballs” from her podcast channel, and now she wants to grow her YouTube since she already has all the content.

Excited to see her journey on YouTube.

Second, do some “detective” work.

Look for mentors with a strong track record in your specific area. Check out their YouTube channels, read reviews, and see if they have success stories from other mentees.
